ECONOMIC FREEDOM IN NORWAY
Every year the Fraser Institute, a Canadian think tank, publishes its report “Economic Freedom of the World” (EFW), measuring the degree of economic freedom for 141 countries. This briefing paper will present how Norway performs on this ranking. We ask: How much economic freedom is there in Norway? How does Norway perform, compared with our neighbours? Compared to the US and the UK? And finally, how has Norway developed over the past 25 years?
