stenstadvold_web.jpgHalvor Stenstadvold is Chairman of the Board at Civita. He has a long leadership career both within the public and private sector. He was the Managing Director of Orkla’s corporate staff (1991-2006) and Executive Vice President, member of Orkla’s Group Executive Board (1997-2006). He was state secretary at Norwegian Ministry of Consumer Affairs and Government Administration (1981–84), and the Mayor of the Bærum municipality (1978–1979). He has a master’s degree in Political Science from University of Oslo, and Rotary fellowship (Columbia University, New York).




andresen_web.jpgJohan H. Andresen jr. is Vice Chairman of the Board at Civita. He is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Ferd, one of the largest privately owned industrial groups in Norway. He also has board positions in companies such as Storebrand, Orkla, and Ungt Entreprenørskap Oslo. Andresen holds a BA from Dartmouth College, USA, and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, the Netherlands.

He is an advisor to six municipal pension funds and advisor at Nordnet, forum for co-operation between the national project management associations of the Nordic countries. Andreassen has a long leadership career, and is former chief economist at Sparebank 1 Gruppen and Kreditkassen. He is member of two boards of trustees at The Norwegian Financial Services Association (FNH), board member at Lifo and several other companies. Andreassen was appointed to the board of representatives at the Norwegian Bank by the Storting from 2008, and is cand.oecon from University of Oslo.
brubakk_web2.jpgPetter H. Brubakk is Board Member at Civita. Brubakk is the Executive Director for Industrial Affairs at the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO).
sturla_henriksen_web.jpgSturla Henriksen is Board Member at Civita. Henriksen is the Managing Director of the Norwegian Shipowners' Association (NSA) Henriksen graduated in economics from the University of Oslo in 1984. He also attended the Norwegian National Defence College and completed the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD in 1998. Henriksen har previously worked at Accenture Management Consulting, the Norwegian Ministry of Finance and Statistics Norway, followed by a three-year spell in Brussels for EFTA and the European Commission. From 1992 to 1998 he was Head of Finance and a Director of the NSA, before leaving to set up his own company.
