Clemet is the Managing Director of Civita. She is the former Minister of Education and Research in Norway (2001-2005). She has previously worked as the Deputy Director General for Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise, NHO (1998-2001), the Minister of Labour and Government Administration (1990), and Member of the Norwegian Parliament (1989-1993). She has a Master of Business Administration from NHH (Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration).

Hansen is Director at Civita. He has worked as Special Advisor for the Secretary General of Strømme Foundation (2006-2010) and Account Manager in Public Affairs at Gambit Hill & Knowlton. He has served as Political Advisor for the Minister of International Development, Ms Hilde F. Johnson in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2001-2005). David is a member of the Oslo City Council and Vice President of the European Movement in Norway. He has a backround as President of the Youth of the European People's Party (YEPP, 2005-2007) and President of the Young Christian Democrats (KrFU, 1999-2002). David studies at the Master of Law Program of the University of Oslo.

Therese Thomassen is the Communication Advisor at CIVITA. She has a Bachelor of International Communication from UNITEC in Auckland, New Zealand, and IT-studies from DPH in Norway. The areas of her communication degree have been internal and external communication across international and cultural borders. When studying, Therese was the third year representative for School of Communication, Norwegian representative at Unitec International Student Club (UISC), and part of the Student Council at DPH (NITH). She has several years of work experience in addition to her studies.

Villeman Vinje is the economist at Civita. He has previous experience from management consulting in A.T. Kearney and as analyst and political advisor for the Conservatives at the Norwegian Parliament. Vinje has studied economics (MA) at the University of Edinburgh, Business Strategy (MSc) at the Norwegian School of Management (BI) and Chartered Financial Analyst at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). |

Doksheim is an advisor at Civita. He has got a MSc in Political Economy from the Norwegian School of Management, BI, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Oslo. Marius works mainly on the topics of trade, aid, democracy and development.

Visnes Sogge is Project Manager at Civita. She is back in Norway after twelve years in Brussels where she worked for The Mission of Norway to the European Union as the P.A. for the EU Ambassador. Sogge has previously worked for Oslo Conservative Party as Project Leder and Senior Executive Secretary. Kirsten has studies in business administration and marketing.

Brekke is Project Manager at Civita and professor at Institute for Eastern European and Oriental Studies, University of Oslo. He has a doctorate from University of Oxford, and has written and edited a number of books and articles on the relations between culture and politics. Brekke was previously an advisor at The Ministry of Defence, and had several engagements at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He writes regularly for the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet, and is a member of The Swedish Research Council.

Fr. H. Svendsen is Project Manager at Civita, professor at the Department of Philosophy, University of Bergen and is a columnist for the Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten. He has written a number of books, among them "A Philosophyof Boredom" (1999/2005) and "Fashion: A Philosophy" (2004/2006), and has been translated to 20 languages.

Marius Gustavson is Project Manager at Civita. His main areas of interest are economic history, monetary history and monetary policy. Marius works part time at the research department of the Norwegian central bank (Norges Bank). He is also a columnist for the web journal Minerva. |

Fasting (43) has a Master of economics and business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and business administration (NHH), as well as a bachelor and a masters degree in the History of Ideas from University of Oslo. She has been working with strategy and business development in Orkla and Storebrand. She has been managing her own real estate and commercial businesses. She is currently preparing a coordinated PhD-project at the University of Oslo on “The Idea of the Market” and is working on issues related to market morality for Civita. |

Anders Vollen works part time on various projects for Civita, next to studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Oslo. He has a B.Sc. in Economics from Oakland University, USA, and has work experience from the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Washington DC, where he reported on marine- and environment political issues to the Embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
